My name is Dean G Bradshaw. I hail from the beautiful island of Dominica. I currently live and work in the United States as a Systems Administrator with Fidelity Information Services (FIS).

I started working in the Information Technology field in 2004 as a Computer Technician in a repair shop. I am now an experienced Operations Support and Systems Administrator, with a demonstrated history of working in the information technology and services industry. Skilled in customer service, and business process improvement. A strong engineering professional with a Master of Science Degree in Information Technology Management, and has earned multiple industry standard certifications.
